Evaluation and Rating of Suppliers
Georgsmarienhütte GmbH is a company certified to ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 9001. We are also certified to DIN EN ISO 14001. Every two years we evaluate and rate our suppliers from whom we source quality-relevant goods.
During the last evaluation concerning 65 suppliers at the beginning of 2010 we were able to rate 55 as A-category suppliers, 32 of whom even with the ultimate number of points 300, 6 as B-category suppliers and 4 as C-category suppliers. None was rated as a D-category supplier.
